Subject: [PATCH] experimental XMLRPC support

This adds experimental XMLRPC support to DokuWiki. A subset of the
Wiki XMLRPC API v2 [1] is implemented.

You need to remove the die() call in lib/exe/xmlrpc.php to use it.
