To be able to run all scripts you need:
FeynArts
FormCalc
X
FA2X
colliderfourvec
helicityvec
These are included inside hj-scattering-amplitudes/packages/
To install them move all these files to your Mathematica $UserBaseDirectory/Applications.
Then run ./FeynInstall there.
