TPOT tutorial could be more clear in its description

There is a brief description of what TPOT does, but it could stand to be more specific. There's a nice graphic on the documentation that outlines exactly which parts of the pipeline are automated by this automl tool, and I feel it would be a better explanation than the paragraph that's there currently
