Seaborn_Tutorial_DTTD - Follow a more consistent structure format for the plot instructions

On this tutorial there is a explanation on how to use seaborn to create different plots. The four examples are line plots, violin plots, bar plots and scatter plots. While the explanations of scatter and bar plots have example code on how the code is done, violin and line plots don't contain such explanation. Thus, I think following a structure format in which all the 4 tutorials are equally detailed might be beneficial
