Google Sheets API: Step 3 too vague

STEP 3: "Create a Google service account through the Google developer portal" There isn't enough detail on step 3 to make the google service account. Additionally this step is so out of date that parts of step 5 need to be done at this step. This is not only too vague but actually makes it impossible to do step 5 once it is complete.
