pcatutorial.ipynb colors are unclear on 3D plot

^ This plot shown at the end of pcatutorial.ipynb shows a plot with several colored dots but does not provide a legend or other kind of indication as to which color corresponds to each component. As such it makes it very difficult to interpret what the plot is actually communicating.
