BeautifulSoup Tutorial - Links Swapped

This issue pertains to BeautifulSoup.ipynb in the main folder.

In the 3rd box, markdown labeled "Obtain HTML Document," there are a set of two links. These links lead users to swapped destinations. The "Successful Response Codes (100-199)" Link leads users to labels 200-299 instead. The "Informational Response Codes (200-299)" link leads people to labels 100-199 instead.

A fix would simply be to swap the URLs.
