Now searching for word parts is possible by adding or prepending a *
character to the searchword:

'foo*' searches for words beginning with 'foo' eg. 'foobar'
'*foo' looks for words ending in 'foo' eg. 'barfoo'
'*foo*' gets anything with 'foo' in it eg. 'barfoobaz'
