Fix issue 110 in Create_python_package.ipynb

jamsenst requested to merge jamsenst/datatools_tutorial_demo:fix_issue_110 into main

I tried to break up the steps more as sometimes there were jumps in the instructions that could lead the reader being confused. I also fixed a couple spelling mistakes.
