Expanded section 1 of Create_a_python_package, including discussing flat and source layout

This merge request aims to clarify and expand upon the first section of Create_a_python_package.ipynb. Specifically, it introduces the flat and source layout, adds examples directly to the notebook using nice type-setting, and provides brief descriptions clarifying the purpose/role of each file/directory. It solves issue #104
