Fixed Issue# 22 by deleting step 3

pentapar requested to merge pentapar/datatools_tutorial_demo:DataTutorial into main

I deleted the third step which asked you to create a Google service account through the Developer portal and decremented the remaining step numbers by one. However, I could not figure out the Google Form location.
