This script will take a wave file as input and perform Short Time Fourier Series Analysis on the file to get a 3D output of frequency magnitudes over time. Then it attempts to find the tonal center of the wave file provided with Dr. Chew's Spiral Array model. Followed with an orthogonality measurement between subsequent tonal center measurements and finally ending with determining a best fit probability distribution to utilize in estimating future orthogonality measurements between tonal centers with.
