This undoes the change in alignments. Those are useful when displaying
text only emails in a monospace font.

The newlines serve the goal of keeping textlengths reasonably short in
text only mails.

This change was done by reverting the files back to the current master.

This applies a lot of formatting fixes on the language files:

1. In EOF - trimmed all empty lines except one
2. After the title - one empty line strictly
3. Corrected links to national versions of documents in dokuwiki.org if
   they exits - 4example [[doku>namespaces]] to [[doku>ar:namespaces]]
4. Corrected some over-auto-translated links to "playground:playground"
   and "wiki:syntax"
5. Torn lines are collected in one in a large number of places (except
   for RTL languages)
6. Removed e-mail signatures that now is missing in the English set of
   files

Default only text string exists, via localized translation a wiki admin
can add his/her own (html) version.

Done:
Cleanup of the mail text signature.
The signature is deleted from the txt files and moved in to lang.php
Mailer.class.php updated to insert the signature

Fix:
- Cleaner text
- no more "-- "  "--" "---" "----" problems.
- mailwrap.html is not needed anymore an can be deleted (?)

this has been done by a script and might not be 100% accurate

This was updated in the english translation a while ago, but was still
missing in some translations

Attention: $lang['register'] has been renamed to $lang['btn_register'],
anyone using that in any plugin or template should adjust it.

- better use of Latin terminology for DokuWiki
- ACL is not translated as AAA (Aditus Administrationis Aditus) but
  with ICA (Index Custodiae Aditus), which is a more literal translation
- minor corrections of grammar and logic
- The word "namespace" is more literally translated "spatium
  nominis", but according to other translations (like the Italian one),
  I preferred to use "genus".

I used the Latin of the first century
B.C., so the word are written as Cicero wrote: for example there isn't
the 'v' letter unless in capital form and if the word ending in -uus
or -uum, I wrote -uos and -uom. This form of Latin, as I said, is that
of the classic authores as Cicero, Caesar, Sallustius etc...
