SafeFN encoding now always end the encoding block by appending a dot at the end of the file name. This is necessary since the file name may get an extension which is not encoded.

  - use directories since working with them is atomic
  - delete stale locks after 5 minutes

I used the Latin of the first century
B.C., so the word are written as Cicero wrote: for example there isn't
the 'v' letter unless in capital form and if the word ending in -uus
or -uum, I wrote -uos and -uom. This form of Latin, as I said, is that
of the classic authores as Cicero, Caesar, Sallustius etc...

The page name lookup only checked whether the namespace part occured in the page name and dropped all other search criteria. Moreover, cleaning is not necessary anymore as ft_pageLookup does this itself.
