The used boundary should have been correct but might throw off MTAs not
expecting more than two dashes at the start. This is just a wild guess
and may not fix anything (but shouldn't break anything either).

Remove extraneous slash. This extra slash was preventing the file being displayed by DokuWiki. (apologies for the two pulls instead of one)

Removed extraneous whitespace to eliminate errors reported by the
Squiz.WhiteSpace.SuperfluousWhitespace sniff.

Fix violations for Generic.PHP.LowerCaseConstant.Found

Michael Hamann commented in pull request #306 that phpseclib has not
been adopted by the DokuWiki project. Therefore, the changes made to
reduce the CodeSniffer violations should be reverted and the local copy
of phpseclib should be excluded from CS checks. This commit reverts the
previous changes and adds the appropriate exclusion rule.
