This reverts commit ea62d531.

Made sure all links align as well as possible in a list, giveing them
all the same padding.

Adjusted the template's icons to use 16x16 size and use the additional
space for alignment.

Adjusted some of the default interwiki icons (amazon, skype, paypal).

the new template allows to use a favicon in media/wiki/favicon.ico so we
should support uploading it as well.

This patch reduces the colorspace of GIF files and has optipng
optimization run on PNGs. Changes shouldn't be visible except in
filesizes.

Passed every png file through http://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/ saving some 1-2kb of binary image data

I asked someone internally for file copyright and answer was ok (do
whatever you want)

The old icons weren't very clear and confused many people. This set
of icons describe more clearly what the buttons will do. Furthermore
the sequence of the buttons changed to put the most used bottons in
front.
