Masthead spacing

Bills, Patrick requested to merge billspat/msubootstrap:masthead-spacing into master

The standard bootstrap navbar stuff has padding on either side so I'm suggesting removing some standard classes (like the branding classes) and overrides for #msu-masthead so that it's flush right and left

also I monkeyed with the gruntfile so 'grunt watch' would track template.html too, and forgot to branch that.
