removing dkms module may break some existing installations, as
dkms service is no longer managed

preliminary, incomplete EL7 support added.

also some minor style bugs

Just make sure kernel-headers exists; we have to trust it is the right version, as the kernelrelease fact is not the rigt version number for the yum package provider.
