Minor edits, including removing an unused variable ("temp", in ManualBenders). Version is updated to 1.01.

Refactored the package name. Allowed for reading the number of trials and seed from the command line.

Modified the model interface and runModel to clean up CPLEX objects after each run (solving a memory leak). Also moved garbage collection into runModel.
