This undoes the change in alignments. Those are useful when displaying
text only emails in a monospace font.

The newlines serve the goal of keeping textlengths reasonably short in
text only mails.

This change was done by reverting the files back to the current master.

This applies a lot of formatting fixes on the language files:

1. In EOF - trimmed all empty lines except one
2. After the title - one empty line strictly
3. Corrected links to national versions of documents in dokuwiki.org if
   they exits - 4example [[doku>namespaces]] to [[doku>ar:namespaces]]
4. Corrected some over-auto-translated links to "playground:playground"
   and "wiki:syntax"
5. Torn lines are collected in one in a large number of places (except
   for RTL languages)
6. Removed e-mail signatures that now is missing in the English set of
   files

Implements the functionality requested in #1124

If the entered query does not cleanly fall into the area of the given
options, show the current behavior as "custom".

The empty string is not translatable in the translation interface and
causes all languages to be <100%

This is an alternative approach to #2164

Default only text string exists, via localized translation a wiki admin
can add his/her own (html) version.

Cleanup of the mail text signature.
The signature is deleted from the txt files and moved in to lang.php
Mailer.class.php updated to insert the signature

Added english translation for file-in-use reference

This change improves consistency with neighboring links such as "Update Profile" and "Register", which are two action verbs. "Login" and "Logout" were nouns and not verbs. Title case capitalization is applied because of "Update Profile".

To improve consistency: it is surrounded by "Update Profile" and "Media Manager".
